Case for Support Breakdown Campaign Goal: $1,123,000
In 2015, our Holy Father presided over a Synod on the Family, announced a Year of Mercy, and continues to call the Church to be a ‘field hospital’ for injured souls, where the wounded are welcomed and loved. The Church as a whole, and especially our parish, are active in worship and in service. Through the Living Our Mission campaign, we have set a parish goal of $1,123,000 to help both our diocese and our parish to continue to flourish.

Renovations In Church
One of the key needs we face in our church is the lack of sufficient and accessible bathroom facilities. Our current space can no longer suffice for both the church and Johnson Hall. To remedy this, we will construct new and larger men’s and women’s facilities, relocating them to a new building to be built between the old church and Johnson Hall. A new ramp between the hall and sanctuary will allow full access to the ADA-compliant restrooms, meeting the needs of those with mobility issues.
Moving the bathrooms provides us the ability to redesign the entrance to the sanctuary and create a much needed cry room at the back of the church. The entrance will approach the baptismal font directly. The cry room will make it possible to actively participate in the liturgy.
In addition to these changes we will repaint and install new carpet in the interior of our Church — the first such renovations since 1995. All of the modifications will address essential needs of our buildings while anticipating expansion and future renovations for our parish.
Living Our Mission invites us to strengthen our vibrant, growing parish while building up the larger Church. Please join me and many members of our diverse community in making your best sacrifice for this historic effort that will enable us to advance our sacred work as the Body of Christ.Fr. Silvio Kaberia
